Tim is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience building and growing information technology companies. Tim has held multiple senior executive positions including Chairman of Proficio, a Managed Security Service Provider and was the former CEO of Imperito Networks, the first cloud-based VPN software company. He was also VP of Worldwide Sales and Service for both Phoenix Technologies (Nasdaq PTEC) and Ramp Networks (acquired by Nokia). Tim has co-authored multiple patents and has a proven track record of launching new companies, building highly successful global organizations, and creating shareholder value.
Hyder joined as Chief Operating Officer, where he oversees daily operations of the company and the work of all functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Investor Relations. He has extensive industry experience across several sectors. Prior to CyberSight, Hyder worked with multiple companies driving capital fundraising, strategic partnerships, sales channel strategy and revenue growth. Hyder has decades of experience in senior executive roles including Senior Vice President and General Manager for North America at CyberLink, a Taiwan-listed digital media software company. Previously, as SVP of Sales at Nero and DivX, he built outstanding sales and business development organizations. Hyder was Director of Sales in Intel’s Bluetooth and Consumer Products Group. He is a Board Advisor at an enterprise software company and a member of the Board of Directors at a mid-market M&A firm.
Prior to joining CyberSight, Antonio served as a Product Manager at Qualcomm focusing on chipset and mobile security. He led cross-functional teams to commercialize solutions that provide end-to-end protection of premium video content from Hollywood studios, that generated 8-figures in annual revenues. Previously, Antonio was part of the Technical Marketing team at Motorola, where he helped define enterprise security and encryption solutions for wireless carriers. He holds a Masters of Science in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University, and an undergraduate degree in Computer & Communications Engineering.
Christine joined CyberSight in 2017 as the Director of Engineering, after having led software engineering organizations at several other start-up businesses. Prior to 2010, Christine was a Principal Software Development Engineering lead at Microsoft, where she was awarded 5 patents related to data storage and search optimization, and contributed to products including Systems Management Server, Windows 2000 and Windows XP, Office 2003, Office 2007, SharePoint 2010 and adCenter. While working on the Office Online website, her team was awarded an Engineering Excellence award for her search optimization BI solution. A specialist in data security and database performance and scalability, Christine also holds undergraduate degrees in Computer Information Systems and Computer Science.
Emmanuel joined Cybersight as Cybersecurity Data Scientist, where he performs research and development on Artificial Intelligence-based detection methodology of Ransomware. Prior, Emmanuel worked as a Machine-Learning engineer at SimInsights Inc. where he developed reinforcement learning systems. He holds a PhD in applied mathematics from UC Berkeley and a bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Stanford University. He has been featured in 20+ peer-reviewed publications.
